Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, garment bag, hanger and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at returns@sandshaped.com. If your return request is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs belong to the customer.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) or products marked as Final Sale. Beauty products must be returned unopened in their original packaging.

Final Sale items can only be exchanged for another item or for store credit.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, email us at returns@sandshaped.com for further instructions. We'll send you a shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exchanges will be made based on stock availability. We kindly ask you to check the stock of the item you wish to exchange on our website beforehand. In case of a price difference, store credit will be generated. Products that have once been exchanged cannot be exchanged or refunded again.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at sales@sandshaped.com.

Cancellations

If you contact us before we ship the order we would love to help you amend or cancel your order.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
