How can I make a purchase?
You can purchase directly from our website by navigating and clicking on the product you want. After you add the product to your cart, you'll be asked to pay by credit or debit card.
 
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You don’t need any membership to place an order. Sandshaped does not want you to create an account to place an order.
 
What payment methods can I use to pay?
We accept all credit & debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and offer some local European payment methods.
 
What I want to purchase is out of stock, will it be in stock soon?
It can be in stock soon if the product is widely wanted. But still this is not a guarantee that it will be restocked soon. We have a pre-order option on some items. If you mail us about which product you want, we'd be glad to help you out.
 
Can I amend or cancel my order once it has been placed?
If you contact us before we fulfill the order we would definitely love to help you and amend/ cancel your order. 
 
How can I track my order? 
After we process your order and submit the package to the shipping company, we will be mailing you a tracking code and a link. You will be able to track the status of your shipment with that code.
 
Do you ship orders to the EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?
Yes, we ship to the EU. To get your order to you, we will ship these orders out from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
