Orders & Payments
How can I make a purchase?
You can purchase directly from our website by navigating and clicking on the product you want. After you add the product to your cart, you'll be asked to pay by credit or debit card.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You don't need a membership to place an order. Sandshaped does not require you to create an account to place an order.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all credit & debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and offer some local European payment methods.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
Please click 'Notify Me' and select the size you prefer to be notified when back in stock. We also have a pre-order option on some items.
Can I amend or cancel my order once it has been placed?
If you contact us before we ship the order we would love to help you amend or cancel your order.
Shipping & Tracking
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Depending on the service you choose, your order can take as little as 1 business day and no longer than 5 business days. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
How can I track my order?
After we process your order and submit the package to the shipping company, we will email you a tracking number and a link. You will be able to track the status of your shipment with that link.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Australia, Bahrain, Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Kuwait, Qatar, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, United States and the United Arab Emirates. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Turkey.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, garment bag, hanger and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at returns@sandshaped.com. Once your request is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs belong to the customer.
What items cannot be returned?
Custom or personalized items, beauty products that have been opened, and Final Sale items. Final Sale items can only be exchanged for another item or store credit.
How do exchanges work?
Email us at returns@sandshaped.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Items that have already been exchanged cannot be exchanged or refunded again.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed with no refund, contact us at sales@sandshaped.com.
